I am a certified 500 hr yoga teacher, reiki master and mother in Eagle county and I love supporting and teaching women to connect to their bodies and love themselves deeper through movement and energy. I have been teaching for 8 years and am happy to offer a class at Red Earth!

Open eyes of the heart (Meditative Movement): 1 hour, Adults, All Levels
A gentle meditative movement class focusing on opening and leading with the heart and coming home to our bodies. A practice of self love and nurturing for the body and soul ending with reiki healing energy.
Yoga & Movement: 45 minutes, Girls Grove
A fun and light hearted movement class incorporating yoga, qi gong and meditation for girls to deepen their connection to their own hearts, body and earth!
